☆☆ Guests will have full access to the entire first-floor condo, including both bedrooms, the full bathroom, kitchen, dining area, and living space. You’ll also enjoy access to the shared rear patio for morning coffee or relaxing evenings outdoors. Free street parking is available nearby (please check posted signs- they may be time restricted and the Philadelphia Parking Authority changes them on us often!). Convenient paid parking options are also available via the ParkWhiz app. Check-in is seamless with a keyless Yale smart lock—you’ll receive your unique entry code before arrival for a smooth and secure self-check-in experience.

☆☆ Arriving at the condo is simple, no matter how you travel. With its central location in Old City, you’ll find plenty of options to get here easily:

✈️ From Philadelphia International Airport (PHL): ~20 minutes by car or rideshare (Uber/Lyft) or ~30–35 minutes by SEPTA Regional Rail to Jefferson Station, then a short rideshare to the condo.

🚆 By Train (30th Street Station): ~15 minutes by car or rideshare; or ~20 minutes via SEPTA Market–Frankford Line to 2nd Street Station (a 15-minute walk).

🚌 By Bus: Multiple Megabus, Greyhound, and BoltBus stops are within a 10-minute ride. Local SEPTA buses stop nearby.

🚗 By Car: Quick access from I-95 and I-676. Free street parking is available (first-come, first-served) with paid garages and lots nearby for guaranteed spots.

🚲 By Bike: Indego bike-share stations are close by, making it easy to roll around the city after you arrive. Wherever you’re coming from, reaching Old City is straightforward — so you can start enjoying Philadelphia the moment you arrive.

PLEASE TAKE NOTE: Please be aware that there is ongoing construction next door and in the surrounding area, which could be from 7 AM to 7 PM. While we do everything possible to make your stay comfortable, our neighbors' construction is beyond our control, and there may be some noise during these hours. We encourage guests to plan accordingly if they're sensitive to noise during the day.

We apologize, but due to recent events in the area involving parties, and with the utmost respect for our neighbors and community, we are no longer able to accept bookings from local guests (those who live within 45 minutes of Philadelphia, have a Philadelphia-based ID, or a Philadelphia area code). We reserve the right to cancel any reservation made by any local guest.

☀ Minimum age to book is 25 years old. PLEASE NOTE: A Valid Photo ID must be submitted by the guest to finalize the booking. We have a $20 per guest per night fee after 2 guests.

☀ Parking: Street parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please check all posted signs carefully, as regulations may change, and the Philadelphia Parking Authority switches the rules often! For another guaranteed option, nearby paid lots and garages can be reserved in advance at websites like ParkWhiz.

☀ No Smoking: No smoking of any kind is allowed inside the home. A $500 fine will be charged if evidence of smoking is found.

☀ No Parties / Unauthorized Guests: No parties or unregistered guests are permitted. We reserve the right to terminate any booking without refund if parties or events occur. A $250 fine will be charged for each unauthorized guest.

☀ Trip Insurance: We highly recommend that guests purchase trip cancellation/interruption insurance in case of emergencies, bad weather, Covid-19 restrictions, etc. Refunds outside of our stated cancellation policy cannot be provided unless there is a mandatory evacuation in our area. Please check what your credit card covers, or visit the Insure My Trip website for options.

☀ COVID-19 Sanitization: Your health and safety are our priority. We follow a thorough cleaning process after each check-out to ensure a sanitized and comfortable space for every guest.

☀ Early Check-In & Late Check-Out: When our schedule allows, we may be able to offer early check-in or late check-out for an additional fee. Please send us a request in advance so we can confirm availability with our cleaner.

throughout the property, and allows us to respond to noise nuisances

If our exterior ring cameras and/or noise monitors alert us that more than the stated number of guests are on premises or a noise disturbance has occurred, we reserve the right to cancel any existing reservation immediately, and with additional fines.

Additionally: Tampering with Security Devices - Any attempt to block, disable, or interfere with our exterior cameras or noise monitoring devices will result in the immediate cancellation of the booking. These measures are in place to ensure the safety and security of all guests and the property.

7)You must have valid govt ID, phone number and address on file.

8)We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind. There will be a minimum $100 handling fee for returning requested items to you. Shipping and packaging will be charged at cost. Items will be kept for 5-days. After which time they will be donated at management discretion.

9)Pre-approved late check-out (up until noon only) is $50; please send us a request at least 2 hours before your check-out time so we can check our availability and notify our cleaner.

10)Please let us know if something needs our attention at check-in, or any time during your stay.
